Since 2012, we have worked alongside TEA, TNDOE, West Helena Public Schools, Arrow Academy Charter School, Peer Power, Grizzlies Prep Charter School, Student Achievement Partners and New Ballet School and Ensemble to advance equity and build leadership capacity.
WHO WE ARE
Sycamore Tree Consulting was founded with every student and educator in mind. We pride ourselves on creating educational leaders while building culturally responsive teaching and student relationships.
Our team has over 75 years of combined educational experience in a variety of roles: our team knows what it is like to be in the classroom as well as in leadership roles. We know how to create successful programs and structure which leads to successful students and future leaders.

Sycamore Tree Consulting are trusted experts when it comes to equity, inclusion, and diversity in education. With our equity audits, we examine and outline the extent to which barriers to educational equity exist among schools or departments in the district/organization.

With over 30 years of experience in improving student outcomes as both educators and educational leaders, the Sycamore Tree Consulting team assists in training and direct instruction on how to implement a strategy or practice in a classroom setting.
